Alex Rodriguez is a Los Angeles-based yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, YACEP) and the founder of Casa Toci. She fosters holistic health in inclusive spaces that empower individuals to thrive—believing firmly that healing happens in community. Her collaborations include brands like Propel Fitness Water, the Fabletics Fit App, and the Parkinson's Foundation. As a 2024 Kripalu Center Teaching for Diversity grant recipient, Alex partners with community organizations to inspire positive change and promote self-discovery. In every class, Alex's mission is to help students find balance, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves.
